Imam Zaid Shair wrote an excellent blog post about Islam and Honor Killings.

It is unfortunate that many don’t know that one of them doesn’t have a relationship to the other except that many Muslims fall into this practice.

This is somehow not surprising at all.

Channel 4 apparently distorted the undercover mosque program they were showing. I watched it and it was outrageous. It had imams saying ridiculous things and I was very skeptical of it. Now they come out saying it was heavily edited. Ha.

It’s about time they were exposed.

It’s sad that some non-Muslims stoop this low to try and make us look bad. But if they couldn’t find radicals that easily and they had to twist some imam’s words to make them sound radical then we must be doing something right!

The politician Tom Tancredo says that Mecca and Medina should be attacked if the US is attacked.

WASHINGTON: The US presidential candidate Tom Tancredo said that in his opinion the sacred Muslim cities of Mecca and Madina should be attacked if America is attacked.

The presidential candidate belonging to the Republican Party said in a restaurant that the US should consider attack on the sacred Muslim cities of Mecca and Madina to save America from nuclear attacks.

He said that in case of nuclear attacks they would decide how to target Mecca and Madina. He said this is the only way to save the US from attacks and through which it can be secured.

It may be mentioned that this is not for the first time that any statement regarding attacks on the sacred cities of the Muslims has been issued from Tom Tancredo. Earlier in 2005 also, he said about attacks on Mecca and Madina.

Gosh it is so scary that there are politicians that are running to be our President  that are saying these types of things. It used to be that it was only those anti-Islam psychotic people, now it’s possible Presidential candidates. The Ummah really needs to take heed and wake up.
